摘要
就国家市场监督管理总局新出台的《产品质量监督抽查管理暂行办法》中的抽检分离、抽样人员身份、抽查方案与实施细则、样品取得方式和结果告知异议处理等变化做了阐述及分析,以供参考。
Explained and analyzed the new changes in sampling and inspection, sampler identity, spot check plan and implementation details, sample collection method, results notification and objection handling in the "Interim Measures for the Supervision and Inspection of Product Quality" newly promulgated by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration for reference.
