The Systematic Study on the Commonly Used Adhesives in Ancient China

一、绪论我国是历史悠久的文明古国,历朝历代遗迹遗物品种丰富,工艺精湛,但其保存状况通常堪忧,如考古出土青铜文物有“十铜九破”之说,因此文物保护修复技艺在延长文物寿命,保存并传承文物科学价值、历史价值、艺术价值上肩负重要使命,其中对于脆弱残破文物的粘接加固是修复工艺的必要环节之一,基于“不改变文物原状”保护修复原则的需要,对古代粘接工艺及粘接剂的系统整理成为文物科技保护不可或缺的研究内容。

The study of ancient Chinese bonding agents is important for exploring the conservation and restoration techniques of ancient China cultural relics,the transmission of traditional crafts,and the conservation and use of cultural heritage.In view of the little attention paid to this subject,this paper analyses the existing problems and conducts a systematic study of the common bonding agents used in ancient times.Using a combination of ancient literature,archaeological data and modem testing and analysis results,we classify and define the commonly used ancient bonding agents from the perspective of their material composition,and summarize their scope of application,advantages and disadvantages,period characteristics and regional patterns,etc.At the same time,the research results are listed in a short table to facilitate further use by the academic community,provide reference and reference for modem conservation and restoration,and lay the foundation for the inheritance and scientific application of traditional crafts.
