长春地区全国重点文物保护单位保护利用现状的调查与研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Protection and Utilization of National Cultural Relics Protection Units in Changchun Area

文物保护单位是文化遗产的重要形态之一,是我国对不可移动文物实施的一种管理制度。中华人民共和国成立后,党和国家非常重视文化遗产的保护工作,自1961年至今,国务院先后分七次公布了七批全国重点文物保护单位名单共计4295项[1]。长春,作为吉林省省会,国家历史文化名城,在中国历史,尤其是中国近现代史上扮演了重要角色,留下了丰富的文化遗产,其中包括一批全国重点文物保护单位。

Cultural relics protection unit is one of the important forms of cultural heritage,and is a management system for immovable cultural relics in China.At present,there are 9 cultural relics protection units in Changchun,which are distributed in 19 places.They can be divided into three categories:ancient sites,ancient buildings,important modern historical sites and representative buildings.In the summer of 2017,we set up a research group to investigate the protection and utilization of these national cultural relics protection units.Through visiting and sending questionnaires to nearby residents,we comprehend the current situation of protection and utilization,find out the existing problems,then analyze and summarize the relevant conclusions,put forward feasibility proposals which can solve the problems.Such as normalized protection.Correctly handle the relationship between protection and utilization,rationally adjust ticket prices,reduce the threshold of visits,increase publicity efforts,and excavate the intrinsic value.We should coordinate the relationship between the construction of cultural relics protection units and the interests of the masses so as to provide some reference for the effective protection and rational utilization of cultural relics protection units.
