摘要
人工智能技术的发展使教师面临专业道德边界僭越和数据道德缺失的风险。为应对挑战,美国教师专业道德守则致力于明确虚拟时空下教师的专业道德边界,建构网络平台提升教师专业道德边界意识。由于人工智能时代个人与数据所有权、数据隐私权不可避免地产生关联,教师专业道德守则也重视规范教师学术数据道德和保护他人隐私的数据道德。守则对人工智能技术的风险防范还包括要求教师在技术应用上平等对待教育领域中的"边缘群体";正视教育领域中技术应用的局限性并积极应对网络欺凌;使用人工智能技术时遵循合法性、透明性和可理解性等原则。
With the development of Artificial Intelligence technology,teachers are forced to face the risks from violations of professional ethical boundaries and absence of data ethics.In order to response to the challenges,American code of professional ethics for teachers aims to specify teacher professional ethics boundary in virtual space and build the online ethics platform to improve consciousness of teacher professional ethics boundary.In the Artificial Intelligence age,person is inevitably related with data ownership and data privacy.Therefore the codes attach importance to the regulation of teacher academic data ethics and the protection of others’privacy data ethics.Also the risk prevention of codes towards the artificial intelligence technology include:requiring teachers to apply technology and treat"marginal groups"equally in education;facing up to the limitations of technology application in education and actively dealing with cyber bullying;using artificial intelligence technology and following the principles of legitimacy,transparency and comprehensibility.
