摘要
作为移民国家,新加坡中小学在建立学生一致认同的学校价值观和具有自身特色的道德规范体系时,采取法治约束与德治教化相结合、显性课程传授与隐性课程涵养融合、学校与家庭社会三位一体化共育的实现路径,有效解决各民族所固有的不同价值观之间的冲突。新加坡学校价值观教育的特点具体表现为加强国家主权意识教育、进行全面的法治教育、改造传统儒家伦理思想、巩固道德教育核心地位和注重多元民族和谐教育。"德法并举"提高价值观教育实效性;学科间相互配合形成价值观教育合力;学校、家庭与社会融为一体构建全方位价值观教育网络是新加坡的实践经验。
As an immigrant country,Singapore has established school values and a unique ethics system for primary and secondary schools.The implementation paths show the following features:combination of law and moral education,integration of explicit and implicit courses,and Trinity co-cultivation of school,family and society.The value education has successfully resolved the values conflict between different nationalities.Integrating moral education and legal education improves the effectiveness of value education,and cooperation between disciplines forms a value education synergy,schools,families and society work together to build a comprehensive education network.Singapore school values education are characterized as strengthening patriotism education,constructing a complete rule of law system,transforming traditional Confucian ethics,strengthening the core position of moral education and stressing multi-ethnic harmonious education.
