“十四五”时期新疆增进人民福祉的民生建设探析

党的十八大以来,新疆把促进经济发展和推进民生建设放到了稳疆安疆的战略高度,坚持紧贴民生推动发展,取得了前所未有的成效,各族人民的获得感、幸福感、安全感得到充分满足。共创美好生活,增进人民福祉,离不开民生建设的巩固和完善,在“十四五”新发展阶段,新疆将继续落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的核心指导地位,进一步抓实新时代党的治疆方略,在保持经济社会发展过程中推动民生建设,巩固好脱贫攻坚成果,落实好与乡村振兴战略的有效衔接,同各族人民一道朝着实现共同富裕的最终目标迈进。

Since the 18th Party Congress,Xinjiang has put the promotion of economic development and the construction of people’s livelihood to the strategic height of stabilizing and stabilizing Xinjiang,and insisted on promoting development close to people’s livelihood,achieving unprecedented results and fully satisfying people’s sense of access,happiness and security of all ethnic groups.In the new development stage of the 14th Five-Year Plan,Xinjiang will continue to implement the core guiding position of Xi Jinping’s Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,further grasp the Party’s strategy for governing Xinjiang in the new era,and promote the construction of people’s livelihood in the process of maintaining economic and social development.We will consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication,implement the effective connection with the rural revitalization strategy,and move forward together with the people of all ethnic groups toward the ultimate goal of achieving common prosperity.
