摘要
新疆每年旅游业的就业人员门槛比较低,高校旅游类专业存在一定程度的人才流失,导致新疆旅游业从业专业人才就业度有待提高。这不仅与当地国语水平有限所造成的沟通影响有一定关系,更与旅游类专业学生的专业认同度有关。本文以调查问卷中设置的专业认同度、人才培养过程等问题统计数据为基础,通过因子分析、数据的信度和效度分析等,分析了高校旅游类专业学生的专业认可度及其分布状态,探论了喜欢本专业和今后愿意从事本专业的相关工作是对其专业认可度有很重要的影响,提出专业实践更受学生期待、完善专业课程等具有一定可操作性的建议。
The threshold for employment in tourism in Xinjiang is relatively low every year,and there is a certain degree of brain drain in tourism majors in colleges and universities,which leads to the need to improve the employment degree of tourism professionals in Xinjiang.This is not only related to the communication impact caused by the limited level of local Mandarin,but also related to the professional identity of tourism majors.Based on the statistical data of professional recognition,talent training process and other issues set in the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the professional recognition and distribution status of tourism majors in colleges and universities through factor analysis,data reliability and validity analysis,etc.,discussed that liking this major and being willing to engage in related work in this major in the future has a very important impact on its professional recognition,and put forward some feasible suggestions such as professional practice is more expected by students,and professional courses are improved.
