康巴藏餐菜名文化负载词的翻译策略研究

摘要 饮食的迷人魅力不仅在于美味的菜肴,还在于菜肴所蕴含的深厚饮食文化。独特的自然环境、生产现状、生活习俗形成了特色鲜明的康巴藏餐。康巴藏餐菜名蕴含丰富的文化负载词,而文化负载词的英译是康巴藏餐菜名英译的难点。在英译康巴藏餐菜名时,采用音译、直译与意译等翻译方法,最大限度地保留康巴藏餐饮食文化特色。 The fascinating charm of food lies not only in the delicious dishes,but also in the profound food culture contained in the dishes.The unique natural environment,production status,and living customs have formed a distinctive Kham Tibetan meal.The names of Tibetan dishes in Khampa contain a wealth of culturally loaded words,and the English translation of culturally loaded words is a difficult point in the English translation of names of Tibetan dishes in Khampa.When translating the names of Khampa Tibetan dishes into English,translation methods such as transliteration,literal translation and free translation are adopted to maximize the preservation of the cultural characteristics of Khampa Tibetan dishes.
