Research on the Current Situation and Development of the Public Library Cause in China’s Ethnic Areas

目前我国民族地区公共图书馆事业在民族特色服务、民族特色资源建设、民族地区馆员队伍建设、民族特色服务宣传与推广等方面存在不同程度的欠缺,建设和发展民族地区图书馆需遵循民族地区特色服务的需求与特点、提高民族特色馆藏的规范化和特色化水平、加强对馆员民族特色服务能力教育与培训的关注,并实现少数民族文化的多平台、多主体联合宣传与推广。图1。表2。参考文献7。

Nowadays,there are some sharp problems existed in the public library cause in China’s ethnic areas,including the minority characteristic services,the construction of minority characteristic resources,librarian trainings and education and the publicity and promotion among different public libraries.Following the needs and the features of minority characteristic services,enhancing the level of the standardization and ethnic characteristics,stressing on the education and training of the competence of the librarians for minority characteristic services and advancing the cooperation and promotion of various types of institutions and platforms will be some feasible actions in constructing and developing public library cause in ethnic areas.1 fig.2 tabs.7 refs.
