摘要 研究了短波广播频段划分、短波无线电波传播特性、电离层变化、太阳黑子、太阳周期等短波广播传输涉及的基本理论概念;以国际电信联盟(ITU)关于无线电频率管理、短波(高频,HF)广播的规则、标准、建议书等为指导,结合第24太阳周太阳活动情况、国际高频广播协调组织(HFCC)短波广播频率需求等实际数据,对短波广播传输条件进行研究;并对由中国本土对全球各主要地区短波广播传输最佳频段进行预测分析。 It studies the basic theoretical concepts involved in short-wave broadcast frequency allocations,the performance of HF circuits,ionospheric characteristics,sunspot,solar cycle and other short-wave broadcast transmissions.Studying the short-wave broadcast transmission conditions is on the bases of the International Telecommunication Union(ITU)on radio frequency management,short-wave(HF)Broadcasting rules,standards,recommendations,etc.,combining with the actual data of the Solar Cycle 24 solar activity,HFCC short-wave broadcast frequency requirements,etc.;Predicting the best frequency bands for short-wave broadcast transmission from China to major regions of the world.
