为了解“现状一张图”房屋专题数据的更新建设与实施情况,本研究采取了案例分析法,从北京市实际情况出发,在明确“现状一张图”房屋专题数据更新任务与总体思路的基础上,制定了更新技术流程与实施方案,并对关键技术及应用效果进行了评价,得出结论:“现状一张图”房屋专题数据更新的建设不拘泥于现有地形图标准和国普标准,充分考虑了基础测绘、地理国情监测等实际,遵循先易后难的原则,可以实时检查项目数据质量,利用相关技术,填写房屋必填项、房屋分体要求、创新变化原因等,充分提升了数据的融合效率、获取现势性、采集效率等,也丰富了数据属性内容,促进了房屋专题数据管理工作的规范化、秩序化、信息化,为市规划和自然资源委员会对综合地理信息分析决策提供了支撑。
