基于国产高分辨率遥感影像的农村生活垃圾监测与核查整治

Monitoring and verification of rural domestic waste based on domestic high resolution remote sensing image

针对当前农村生活垃圾堆放点分布零散、位置隐蔽等特点,传统调查工作量大、工作周期较长等问题,本文基于国产高分辨率卫星遥感影像,快速、准确获取了全省102个涉农县(市、区)200 m^(2)以上非正规垃圾堆放点位、数量、规模和分布情况。通过两期卫星监测核查与整治,结果表明:农村生活垃圾数量从2021年第四季度的4164个减少至2022年第二季度的1150个,总体下降72%,乱堆乱放现象得到有效遏制,同时验证卫星遥感技术在开展垃圾监测方面的可行性。

Aiming at the characteristics of wide distribution,dispersion and concealment in the current rural domestic waste stacking point remediation work,the domestic high-resolution satellite images were applied to quickly and accurately obtain the location,quantity,scale and distribution of informal waste stacking points above 200 m^(2) in 102 agricultural counties(cities,districts)in the province.Through two periods of satellite monitoring verification and remediation,the results indicated that:the number of rural domestic waste decreased from 4164 in the fourth quarter of 2021 to 1150 in the second quarter of 2022,with an overall decrease of 72%.The phenomenon of disorderly stacking has been effectively curbed,and the feasibility of satellite remote sensing technology in carrying out waste monitoring has been verified.
