三维扫描技术在预制构件质量检查中的应用

摘要 针对钢结构预制构件车间预制完成后需对其预制质量进行检查,合格后发往现场拼装,位置尺寸检查通常通过预组装或钢卷尺、全站仪检查,费工费时等问题,提出采用三维扫描技术检查方法,解决了钢结构构件在车间加工、焊接过程产生的误差的检查问题;实现了采用三维扫描仪对构件全方位扫描,来获取钢构件的三维点云信息,运用点云信息基于特征点进行整体结构模型拼接,将整体拼接图形与理论设计模型进行对比分析,计算出加工、焊接误差,及时矫正;基于三维扫描技术的研究表明,不仅可以快速精确测量,还能准确地实现构件虚拟复原,提供原始全方位数据,研究结果可应用于空间立体结构的检测,从而实现在车间及时发现问题,解决问题,避免在施工现场拼接发现问题而返厂矫正或返工维修,达到减少成本、节约时间,确保质量、提高劳动效率。 In view of the problems such as checking the precast quality of steel structure precast components after being finished in the workshop and sending them to the spot assembly after passing the test,the position and size inspection usually goes through pre-assembly or steel tape measure,total station inspection,and labor and time consuming,etc.,a three dimensional(3D)scanning technique is proposed to solve the problem of checking the errors of steel structural members in the process of machining and welding in the workshop,and an Omni Directional scanning of steel structural members by means of the 3D scanner is realized,to obtain the 3D point cloud information of steel member,the point cloud information is used to join the whole structure model based on the characteristic points The research based on 3D scanning technology shows that it can not only measure quickly and accurately,but also realize the virtual restoration of the component accurately,and provide the original omni-directional data.The research results can be applied to the detection of the spatial solid structure,in order to find problems in time in the workshop,solve problems,avoid problems found in the construction site splicing correction or rework repair,to reduce costs,save time,ensure quality,improve labor efficiency.
