中医临床技能操作规范化训练与考核实践探索

Practice exploration on standardized training and assessment of TCM clinical skills operation

广州中医药大学附属中山中医院作为全国首批中医住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地,自2014年开始实施严格的中医住培,通过常态化开展中医临床技能操作岗前培训、科内日常培训、院级培训以及月度考核,每年积累6万余人次的中医临床技能操作训练与考核数据,目前已收集数据超过30万条,涵盖望诊(舌诊)、闻诊、问诊、切诊(脉诊)、中医临床思维、医疗文书书写、针刺技术、康复技术、推拿技术、艾灸技术、拔罐技术、耳穴压丸(豆)技术等30多项中医临床技能操作训练与考核项目。实践证明以考核为导向,加强中医临床技能操作规范化培训的模式,在培养中医理论扎实、中医临床能力突出的合格中医住院医师方面起着重要作用,对提高中医住培质量有重要的促进作用。

Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine developed the first national standardized training for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)residents.Since 2014 strict TCM residency training has been implemented,including pre-service training,daily training within the department,hospital-level training and monthly assessment of TCM clinical skills operation through normalization.We accumulate more than 60000 persontimes of TCM clinical skills operation training and assessment data every year,and more than 300000 pieces of data have been collected,covering more than 30 TCM clinical skills operation training and assessment projects,such as observation(tongue diagnosis),auscultation and olfaction,inquiry,pulse feeling and palpation(pulse diagnosis),TCM clinical thinking,medical document writing,acupuncture technology,rehabilitation technology,massage technology,moxibustion technology,cupping technology,ear acupoint pill pressing(bean)technology,et al.Practice has proved that the assessment is oriented,it can enhance the basic mode of the standardized training of TCM clinical skills operation,play an important role in training qualified TCM resident physicians with solid TCM theory and outstanding TCM clinical capabilities,and have a promoting effect on the standardized training for TCM residents.
