情境模拟教学法在中医住院医师规范化培训应用中的难点与对策

Difficulties and countermeasures of situational simulation teaching method in the standardized training of Traditional Chinese Medicine residents

情境模拟教学法能快速有效地提高住院医师临床胜任力,越来越受到培训基地的重视。然而,在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)制度运行多年以来,该方法在中医住培中仍推广困难。该文试图梳理中医住培开展情境模拟教学碰到的问题,以提出可行性的措施。

Situational simulation teaching method can quickly and effectively improve the clinical competence of residents,and is increasingly valued by training bases.However,after years of operation of the resident standardized training(referred to as residency training)system,it is still difficult to popularize this method in the residency training of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper attempts to sort out the problems encountered in the situational simulation teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine residency training in order to propose feasible measures.
