强化住培管理,重视师资队伍建设,提升住培质量——中医住培基地建设与管理经验分享

Strengthening the management of residency training,attaching importance to the construction of faculty and improving the quality of residency training:sharing experiences in the construction and management of Traditional Chinese Medicine residency training bases

中医住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是为临床提供优秀中医人才的重要途径。住培基地建设与管理是住培的重要保障,师资队伍建设是培训质量的关键所在,是推动毕业后医学教育进步的主力军,在中医住培工作中尤为重要。医院始终坚持以提升培训质量为核心,构建“管、教、学、效”四位一体的住培管理体系,不断加强住培基地建设与管理,强化师资队伍建设,提升住培带教水平,全面提升住院医师临床技能专业基础及人文素养,培养高质量的中医药人才。该文从完善住培管理体系、狠抓师资队伍建设、完善德术并重体系3方面分享中医住培基地建设与管理经验,为今后中医住培管理工作提供借鉴与参考。

The standardized training of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)residents(referred to as"TCM residency")is an important part of post-graduate education in TCM,and an important way to provide excellent TCM talents for clinical practice.The construction and management of the residency base is an important guarantee for the standardized training of residents,and the construction of the faculty is the key to the quality of training,and is the main force in promoting the progress of medical education,which is particularly important in the work of TCM residency training.The hospital has always insisted on improving the quality of training as the core,building a four-in-one residency management system of"management,teaching,learning and effectiveness",continuously strengthening the construction and management of residency training bases,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,improving the level of residency teaching,comprehensively improving the clinical skills and professional foundation of residents and humanistic literacy,and cultivating high-quality TCM talents.The article shares the experience in the construction and management of TCM residency training bases from three aspects,including improving the residency training management system,paying close attention to the construction of the teaching staff and improving the system with equal attention to morality and skill,so as to provide reference for future TCM residency training management.
