标准化病人在康复医学科住院医师规范化培训中的探索和应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的构建和探索标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)在复旦大学附属华山医院康复医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地教学考核评价中应用。方法康复医学科专业基地引进标准化病人技术,通过强化SP师资培训和制度建设,构建系统的SP培训素材,完善相关住培教学质量评价体系和管理制度,3次招录和培训组建住培SP团队,并将SP应用于康复医学科住院医师临床技能考核,推动住院医师核心能力为导向的形成性评价构建。结果康复医学科专业基地目前拥有培训合格SP30位,SP培训师资38位。近10年专业基地招收102位康复医学科住院医师,有15位通过SP参与的减免技能考核,获得减免轮训1年资格,SP参与了113位住院医师的结业考核,未出现教学事故。SP参与住院医师的月度考核、年度考核明显提升住培培训质量,连续10年康复医学科住院医师结业考核合格率100%,顺利结业64位。结论SP在康复医学科住培教学中的应用价值高,可以提升康复医学科住培教学质量。 Objective To construct and explore the application of standardized patients in the teaching evaluation of rehabilitation medicine residential training base in Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University.Methods Standardized patient technology was introduced into rehabilitation medicine speciality base.Through strengthening SP teacher training and system construction,systematic SP training materials were constructed,relevant resident standardized training teaching quality evaluation system and management system were improved,and residential training SP team was established through three times recruitment and training,and SP was applied to rehabilitation medicine resident clinical skill assessment,It promotes the construction of Formative Evaluation Oriented by residents’core competence.Results There are 30 qualified SP and 38 SP teachers in the rehabilitation medical speciality base.In the past 10 years,102 rehabilitation medical residents have been recruited in the speciality base,15 of them have passed the exemption skill assessment participated by SP,and obtained the qualification of exemption rotation training for one year.SP has participated in the comprehensive assessment of 113 residents,and there is no teaching accident.SP participated in the monthly assessment of residents,and the annual assessment significantly improved the quality of training.For 10 consecutive years,the passing rate of completion assessment of rehabilitation medical speciality base was 100%,and 64 residents successfully completed.Conclusion The application value of SP in the teaching of rehabilitation medicine residential training is high,which can improve the teaching quality of rehabilitation medicine residential training.
