摘要
本文主要探讨三级评价模式在儿科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用。河北医科大学第二医院儿科住培基地以科学先进的教育理念为基础,结合合理有效的形成性评价方法,探索一套以提高住院医师临床胜任力为目标,结合分级培训理论,兼顾师资培养的三级评价模式。
This paper mainly discusses the application of the three-level evaluation model in the standardized training of pediatric residents.Based on the scientific advanced educational concept and combined with reasonable and effective formative evaluation method,the standardized training base for pediatric residents in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University explores a set of three-level evaluation model to improve the clinical competence of residents,combined with the theory of graded training,which takes into account the three-level evaluation mode of teacher training.
