麻醉科住院医师在疼痛科轮转期间临床教学实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨住院医师在疼痛科轮转期间的临床教学方法与效果。方法采用问卷调查方法,选取2015年1月—2020年1月在我院疼痛科轮转的二年级麻醉科专业住院医师44名。在疼痛诊疗学课程中,选取了操作性较强的3个章节分别实施以问题为导向学习法(problum-based learning,PBL)+技能操作相结合的教学方法和以主题为导向的学习方法(Subject-Based Learning,SBL)+技能操作相结合的教学方法,课程结束后进行问卷调查,采用理论和技能操作考核成绩、加利福尼亚批判性思维气质问卷、学习表现评分表、教学质量评估量表对教学质量进行评估。结果PBL+技能操作组在理论成绩和技能操作成绩方面均明显高于SBL组+技能操作组(P<0.05)。在加利福尼亚批判性思维气质问卷中,在分析能力、自信心、求知欲方面,PBL+技能操作组的评分高于SBL+技能操作组(P<0.05)。在学习表现评分表中,能力提高、合作情况方面,PBL+技能操作组的评分高于SBL+技能操作组(P<0.05)。在教学质量评估量表中,教学理念、教学效果方面,PBL+技能操作组的评分高于SBL+技能操作组(P<0.05)。结论住院医师在疼痛科轮转期间更适合PBL和技能操作相结合的教学方法。 Objective To explore the clinical teaching methods and effects for residents in the Pain Department during rotation.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to select 44 second-year resident doctors majoring in anesthesiology who were rotated in the Pain Department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020.In the course of pain diagnosis and treatment,three chapters with strong operability were selected to implement PBL+skill operation combined teaching method and subject-based learning(SBL)+skill operation combined teaching method respectively.Questionnaire survey was conducted after the course.Teaching quality was assessed using the theory and skill operation assessment scores,the California Critical Thinking Temperament Questionnaire,the Learning Performance Rating Scale,and the Teaching Quality Assessment Scale.Results PBL+skill operation group had significantly better results than SBL+skill operation group in theory and skill operation(P<0.05).In the California Critical Thinking Temperament Questionnaire,the PBL+skill manipulation group scored higher than the SBL+skill manipulation group(P<0.05)in the aspects of analytical ability,confidence and curiosity.In the learning performance evaluation table,the score of ability improvement and cooperation of PBL+skill operation group was higher than that of SBL+skill operation group(P<0.05).In the teaching quality evaluation scale,the score of teaching concept and teaching effect in PBL+skill operation group was higher than that in SBL+skill operation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching method combining PBL and skill operation is more suitable for residents during the rotation in the Pain Department.
