河南省人民医院住院医师规范化培训儿科专业基地的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of the pediatric specialty base for standardized residency training in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital

作为毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,住院医师规范化培训是培养具有岗位胜任能力医学人才的必由之路,对于完善我国医疗人才队伍建设,提高医疗服务水平至关重要。河南省人民医院住院医师规范化培训儿科专业基地自2014年招收来一直在不断地探索与实践,本文简单介绍了过程管理、医患沟通、师资队伍、人文教育、待遇保障等方面的工作,总结经验,持续改进,以期培养更多高水平综合能力的住院医师。

As an important part of medical education after graduation,standardized residency training is the important way to cultivate post competence,and it is crucial to improve the construction of medical talents and improve the level of medical service in China.Since 2014 the pediatric specialty base of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital has conducted continuous exploration and practice.This article briefly introduces the process management,doctor-patient communication,teaching staff,humanistic education,treatment guarantee and other aspects.This paper has also summarized hospital experiences,which will continue to improve,in order to cultivate more residents with high level comprehensive ability.
