生本位视角下住院医师的角色认同研究

摘要 目的建构住院医师角色认同框架。方法采用内容分析法,初步建构角色认同框架,基于此框架设计访谈提纲,对研究对象进行一对一半结构化访谈,采用质性分析软件NVivo 11分析访谈文本,进一步调整与丰富角色认同框架。结果研究建构了包含沟通者、合作者、领导者、健康倡导者、学习者和专业人士六个角色身份的角色认同框架。结论生本位视角下,住院医师对胜任力的需求与表现反映了我国"卓越医生教育培养计划"对培养全面发展的医学人才的目标。 Objective To construct a framework for the identity of residents.Methods Content analysis was used to construct the identity framework.An interview outline was designed based on the identity framework.Oneto-one semi-structured interviews were conducted.The interview texts were analyzed by NVivo 11,further adjusting and enriching the identity framework.Results This study constructed a framework of identity including six identities of the communicator,collaborator,leader,health advocator,learner and professional.Conclusion From the studentoriented perspective,the demands and performances of residents for competence can reflected the goal of cultivating medical talents with all-round development which is called"excellent doctor education and training program".
