摘要
2021年11月26日,中国医师协会发布了《住院医师规范化培训教学活动指南(2021年版)》(简称《指南》)。该文介绍了《指南》编写的背景,分析了住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学活动现状、存在问题,阐述了编写组织与形式、编写原则与思路;并结合我国培训现状,提出对各级住培管理机构及指导医师应用《指南》的思考与建议,以期促进住培基地的培训工作更加规范化。
Chinese Medical Doctor Association released Teaching Activities Guidelines in Standardized Residency Training(2021 Edition).This paper introduces the background of compiling the teaching activity guidelines,analyses the current situation and existing problems in the teaching activities of residency training and expounds its writing framework,form,principles and ideas.Combined with the training situation in our country,this paper puts forward thoughts and suggestions on how the residency training manageme.nt institutions and preceptors at all levels apply teaching activities guidelines,expecting to promote the standardization of the training work of the standardized training bases.
