模拟教学在超声科住院医师规范化培训腹部超声技能教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨模拟教学在超声科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)腹部超声技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年—2020年在嘉兴市第一医院超声科参加规范化培训的37名住院医师为研究对象。按照有无接受过腹部超声模拟教学将这些住院医师分为研究组和对照组,研究组19名,对照组18名。研究组采用模拟教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式。比较两组住院医师从入科至能独立上机进行腹部超声检查的时间、腹部超声检查的图像质量,并采取问卷调查方式了解研究组住院医师进行腹部模拟教学的效果,以评估模拟教学在住培腹部超声技能教学中的应用效果。结果研究组从入科至能独立上机进行腹部超声检查的时间为(3.8±1.3)月,对照组从入科至能独立上机进行腹部超声检查的时间为(5.6±2.9)月,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹部超声检查的图像质量评分为(9.2±0.50),对照组腹部超声检查的图像质量评分为(7.2±0.60),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组调查结果表明,100.00%住院医师认为模拟教学在腹部超声技能教学中有效果。结论模拟教学在腹部超声技能教学中的应用具有较好的效果。 Objective To explore the application value of abdominal simulation teaching based training on ultrasound skills in standardized residency training of ultrasonic medicine.Methods There were 37 residents receiving standardized residency training of ultrasonic medicine who studied from 2015 to 2020 in the Ultrasound Department of Jiaxing First Hospital.They were divided into two groups based on training with abdominal simulation teaching:the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group contained 19 doctors,and the the control group contained 18 doctors.Methods of abdominal simulation teaching were applied in the experimental group,while traditional operational training was applied to the control group.Comparing the training period needed for independent abdominal ultrasound examination and the image quality of abdominal ultrasound examination,the effect of training in abdominal operation with abdominal simulation teaching for experimental group was evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results The training period needed for independent abdominal ultrasound examination of experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group[(3.8±1.3)VS(5.6±2.9)months,t=2.429,P<0.05].The image quality score of abdominal ultrasound examination of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(9.2±0.50)VS(7.2±0.60),t=-11.152,P<0.05].Meanwhile,100.0%residents in the experimental group believed that the application of abdominal simulation teaching in operation training was effective.Conclusions The abdominal simulation teaching in standardized residency training of ultrasonic medicine has a certain application value in the training of abdominal ultrasound examination.
