基于雨课堂的思想政治和人文教育在妇产科住院医师培训中的现状及思考

住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育和深化医疗体制改革的重要环节,加强思想政治(简称思政)及人文教育在住培体系中的应用,对培训合格的住院医师具有重要的作用。文章叙述了思政及人文教育在住培中的重要性及现状,结合妇产科住培的实际情况及雨课堂的教学模式,提出加强妇产科住院医师思政及人文教育,树立住院医师正确的人生观及价值观,提高住院医师的医德水平,有助于培养德才兼备的高质量医学人才。

Standardized training of residents is an important part in the re-training of medical students and deepening the reform of medical system.Strengthening the application of ideological and political education and humanities education in standardized training system plays an important role in training qualified residents.This paper describes the status and importance of ideological and political education in the standardized training system for residents.Combined with the actual situation of standardized training in obstetrics and gynecology and the teaching mode in Rain Classroom,it strengthens the ideological and political education for doctors in obstetrics and gynecology,establishes the correct outlook on life and values of residents,improves the medical ethics education level of residents,and trains high-quality medical talents with both ability and political integrity.
