肿瘤专科医院麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的挑战和发展

摘要 麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是医学生成为麻醉医师的毕业后重要教育阶段,也是培养高层次麻醉学人才的必经之路。作为承担住培的肿瘤专科医院,如何开展麻醉科住培既是一项临床教学实践的重要挑战,也是落实国家紧缺人才培养的重大机遇。通过借鉴综合性医院的组织管理、培养目标和培训细则、分级培训和轮转计划等制度,结合肿瘤专科医院自身特点,形成了专科特色的住院医师培训体系,包括导师制、模拟教学和危机资源管理培训、科研意识和科研能力的培养,以及人文关怀和医患沟通素养的提升,引入导师和住院医师互评机制,旨在提高肿瘤专科医院麻醉科住培水平,增强住院医师核心竞争力,提升临床技术技能、非技术技能、科研创新能力和岗位胜任力。 Standardized training of residents in anesthesiology,the stage that the medical graduates receive professional education,is an essential access for nurturance of clinical staff and improvement of clinical service quality.It is a model of high efficiency for achieving satisfactory training results.Because the system of standardized residency training lacks for a traditional way to refer to,more research still needs to be done in the Anesthesiology Department of the Cancer Center which has recruited its first standardized training of residents.It’s also an opportunity for our country to reduce the shortage of anesthesiologists.Learning from the successful experiences of general hospitals in the organizations,trainings and rotations,we aimed to establish specific characteristics of residents training system gradually,including the tutorial system,simulation training,crisis resource management,the ability of scientific research,humanistic care and mutual evaluation.It is predicted to enhance the residents’core-competitiveness,clinical technical skills,non-technical skills,creativities and competency.
