浙江省全科师资临床教学评价方法应用情况分析

摘要 目的探讨浙江省全科师资临床教学评价方法应用情况及其对临床教学评价的反馈意见,更好地应用于临床教学。方法共有113名浙江省全科师资参与调查。连续变量用平均值±标准差表示,分类变量的差异用Pearson-Fisher精确检验进行评价。主要研究结果包括全科师资的一般情况、全科师资对临床教学评价方法的认知、使用和反馈。结果研究表明,66人(58.0%)知道临床教学评价方法,31人(27.7%)使用过临床教学评价方法。对标准化病人的认知(c^(2)=15.167,P<0.05)和DOPS(c^(2)=10.195,P<0.05)的使用有统计学意义,其他临床教学评价方法在临床教学基地和非临床教学基地小组工作中无显著性差异。75.8%全科师资和82.2%住院医师认为临床教学评价方法有利于掌握住院医师的实际工作能力,提高其能力。结论浙江省全科师资对临床教学评价方法的了解和使用情况不容乐观,建议今后全科师资更多地使用临床教学评价方法,对住院医师的能力做出定量评价,以提高住院医师的能力。 Objective To describe the application of clinical teaching evaluation methods of general practitioner(GP)preceptors from Zhejiang province and feedback on clinical teaching evaluation,so as to make them better applied in clinical teaching.Methods A total of 113 GP preceptors from Zhejiang province participated in the survey.Continuous variables were expressed as mean±standard deviation(SD),and differences in categorical variables were assessed using the Pearson Fisher exact test.The main outcome included general information,knowledge,using and feedback of various clinical teaching evaluation methods.Results An average of 66(58.0%)preceptors knew clinical teaching evaluation methods,and 31(27.7%)used them.There was a statistical significance in the understanding of the assessment of standardized patients(c^(2)=15.167,P<0.05)and DOPS(c^(2)=10.195,P<0.05).No significant differences were found in others between the groups working in clinical teaching bases and in non-clinical teaching bases.75.8%general practitioner preceptors and 82.2%residents thought clinical teaching evaluation methods were beneficial for the residents to mastering the actual working ability and improving their ability.Conclusion The knowledge and use of clinical teaching evaluation methods are not optimistic.We hope that more clinical teaching evaluation methods will be used in future,to make a quantitative evaluation of the ability of residents and to improve their ability.
