住院医师规范化培训远程线上招录实践与反馈

Feedback of online recruitment of trainees in standardized residency training

探索在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下,远程线上住院医师招录的可行性方案,以减少特殊时期人员长距离流动和聚集。研究以公平、公正为基本原则,规范招录流程、考题设置、考官培训和考场监督为主要目标,依据专业基地特点构建住院医师规范化培训远程线上招录方案,并在实施后收集申请人反馈意见和建议,完善招录方案。研究发现:(1)随着网络技术的发展和智能终端设备的普及,住院医师规范化培训远程线上招录信息可有效送达目标人群;合理严格的远程考核设计既可降低人群流动、感染风险,也可降低报考住院医师的时间和财力成本。(2)线上招录过程和形式得到了应试住院医师的接受和认可,可作为某些特殊情况下的替代方案。(3)线上招录对硬件设备和网络的要求较高,需要预留足够的时间调试网络和设备;同时线上招录形式对技能考核存在局限性。

The present study was intended to explore the feasibility of recruiting trainees online in standardized residency training in order to reduce the risk of infection due to long-distance travel or mass gathering amid COVID-19.The study began by standardizing the recruitment plan,selection of questions,training of interviewers and the supervision of examination procedures.Furthermore,we formulated a feasible online-enrollment framework for the residency training based on the feedback and comments from applicants in our training center.The current study found:(1)With the development of network technology and the popularization of smart terminals,information about recruitment of residency training could be effectively delivered to the target individuals despite COVID-19.A rigorous remote assessment scheme not only reduced the risk of infection,but also saved the time and money of applicants.(2)The online recruitment procedures were well received by applicants and could be used as an alternative plan in some special situations.(3)High-quality hardware and network are required to complete the online recruitment,so sufficient time needs to be reserved for network and equipment debugging.Meanwhile,online recruitment has limitations as far as skill assessment is concerned.
