儿科临床医学实习生与住院医师结对带教模式的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着国内高校大规模扩招以及"重科研轻教学"现象的出现,本科教育质量出现严重下滑,而住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)制度的开展,也让医学生本科实习遭到边缘化及淡化的影响,基于本科生临床实习与住培存在的问题,该研究建立了一套本科实习生与儿科住院医师结对带教模式,并在三甲儿童医院新生儿科成功实践,取得较好效果。临床实习及住培相衔接的一体化临床教学,既有助于解决目前医学教育中院校教育、毕业后教育不连续的问题,也有效锻炼了住院医师的临床带教能力。基于案例式教学+基于团队式教学的方法让实习生在实习阶段充分发挥主观能动性,将理论知识与临床实践相结合,也使住院医师在培训期间提高教学能力与沟通能力,双方相互督促、相互促进,共同接受考核,达到双方培训目标。 In recent years,with the large-scale enlarged enrollment of college students in China and because of"emphasizing research while neglecting teaching",the quality of undergraduate education has become much worse.In addition,with the implementation of standardized residency training,internship has been marginalized.Based on the problems with current internship and residency training,this study created a teaching mode in which interns and pediatricians under residency training were partnered in the Department of Neonatology in a tertiary children’s hospital.The combination of internship with residency training not only helped to keep medical education continued,but also effectively improved the teaching ability of resident doctors.The CBL+TBL can not only incite interns to show more initiative and combine theories with clinical practice,but also enable resident doctors to improve their ability to teach and communicate so that mutual supervision,mutual encouragement and simultaneous assessment can be achieved.
