北京协和医院超声医学科住院医师科研能力自评与他评的结果分析 被引量:1

Self-evaluation and tutor evaluation of scientific research abilities of ultrasound residents in Peking Union Medical College Hospital

摘要 目的了解和评价北京协和医院(以下简称我院)超声医学科住院医师科研能力情况,对比住院医师自评及导师他评结果,为住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)岗位胜任力的评估及培养提供助力。方法对我院超声医学科在培住院医师及其导师进行问卷调查,分别对住院医师的科研能力进行自评及导师他评,对两者结果进行评价分析。结果不同年级住院医师自评总分从高到低依次为第三年(261.45±48.16)、第一年(230.21±29.22)、第二年住院医师(214.15±48.34)。不同来源住院医师自评总分与他评总分结果一致,从高到低分别为临床医学型博士后(294.33±17.95)vs(317.83±40.01)、医学硕士专业学位研究生(237.29±32.83)vs(308.00±59.12)、外单位委派住院医师(210.83±42.68)vs(268.44±52.58)。全体住院医师能力总分导师他评明显高于住院医师自评(P<0.05),共有31名住院医师导师他评分数高于住院医师自评,7名住院医师导师他评分数低于住院医师自评。结论超声医学科住院医师存在分层分级差异化培养的需求,住院医师自评与导师他评的对比有助于导师了解住院医师对其能力的自我认知及改进需求。同时,导师应加强与住院医师的沟通,适时对培养计划及目标进行调整,从而提升住院医师岗位胜任力,培养出更适应现代医学需求的医教研全面发展高素质医学人才。 Objective In order to better the evaluation and cultivation of residents’post competencies instandardized training,we conducted this research to compare self-evaluation and tutor evaluation of scientific re-search abilities of ultrasound residents in Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH).Methods Question-naire survey was conducted among ultrasound residents and their tutors in PUMCH.Scientific research abilities ofthe residents were evaluated by self-evaluation and tutor evaluation,and the results were analyzed.Results Theranking of total scores of residents’self-evaluation from different grades was,from high to low,the third year(261.45±48.16),the first year(230.21±29.22),and the second year(214.15±48.34).The ranking of totalscores of self-evaluation from different study backgrounds were consistent with the result of tutor evaluation.Fromhigh to low,they were clinical medicine postdoctoral(294.33±17.95)vs(317.83±40.01),medical master degreegraduate(237.29±32.83)vs(308.00±59.12),residents assigned by other hospitals(210.83±42.68)vs(268.44±52.58).The total scores of tutor evaluation were significantly higher than that of self-evaluation(P<0.05).Therewere 31 residents whose tutor evaluations were higher than self-evaluation,while 7 residents whose tutor evaluationswere lower than self-evaluation.Conclusion There is a need for stratified,graded and differentiated training for ul-trasound residents.The comparison between residents’self-evaluation and tutor evaluation is helpful for tutors to un-derstand residents’self-cognition and improvement needs.At the same time,the tutors should improve communica-tion with residents,adjust the training plan and target timely,so as to enhance residents’post competencies and culti-vate high-quality medical talents with all-round development of clinical,teaching and research abilities.
