2018—2019年住院医师规范化培训基地自评报告质量的抽样分析

Sampling analysis of quality of self-evaluation reports of standardized residency training bases from 2018 to 2019

目的研究探索住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地年度自评报告质量的量化分析与评价方法。方法随机抽取全国17个省(自治区、直辖市)和新疆生产建设兵团共55家西医住培基地,对2018、2019年住培年度自评报告内容进行多个指标的评价和量化分析。结果培训基地住培自评报告的完整性和报告质量有待改进,个别基地两年自评报告重合度很高。结论应加强对住培基地自评报告的管理,对提交工作和报告质量提出更高的要求,提高编写人员的责任心和写作能力。

Objective To study the methods of quantitative analysis and evaluation of the quality of annual self-evaluation reports collected from standardized residency training bases nationwide.Methods A total of 55 standardized residency training bases in 17 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were randomly selected to evaluate and quantitatively analyze the contents of annual self-evaluation reports of residency training in 2018 and 2019.Results The integrity and quality of self-evaluation reports from these bases needed to be improved,and the self-evaluation reports for these two years from a few bases were highly overlapping.Conclusion It is necessary to impose more rigorous requirements for the submission and quality of self-evaluation reports,and improve the sense of responsibility and ability of the staff to write reports.
