广西地区手术相关专业住院医师规范化培训临床技能竞赛结果分析

Results of clinical skills competition for resident physician training of surgery-related specialties Guangxi areas

目的分析第二届广西住院医师规范化培训临床技能竞赛的结果,为广西住院医师规范化培训相关政策的制定提供参考。方法以第二届广西住院医师规范化培训临床技能竞赛的26支队伍为研究对象,随机抽取手术相关专业的在培住院医师组成参赛队伍,采用客观结构化临床考试的形式,共分4个站点,分析竞赛参赛队伍各站点成绩。结果各参赛队伍的总体得分相对较低,省级基地(协同单位)平均得分为(621.8±66.8)分,国家级培训基地平均得分为(633.2±104.8)分,住院医师应急处置临床思维与决策能力较差,无菌操作观念不强,外科基本技能操作相对较好。结论各基地应进一步加强师资队伍建设,并提升学员的应急处置临床思维与决策能力。

ObjectiveTo analyze the results of the 2 nd Guangxi resident physician training clinical skills competition,and to provide reference for the formulation of related guidelines for Guangxi resident physician training.MethodsThe twenty-six teams that participated in the 2 nd Guangxi resident physician training clinical skills competition were selected as the subject.Students from surgery-related specialties were randomly selected to form different teams.The objective structured clinical examination was used in the competition that included 4 sites.The results of the participating teams at each site were analyzed.ResultsThe overall score of each participating team was relatively low.The average score of provincial bases was(621.8±66.8),compared with(633.2±104.8)for national training bases.The students’ability to think clinically and make decisions in emergency response was poor.Their awareness of aseptic operation was not strong,but their basic surgical skills were relatively good.ConclusionEach base needs to continue to strengthen the teaching staff.The clinical thinking and decision-making ability of the students in emergency response needs to be further improved.
