360度评估在广东省人民医院住培工作中的应用研究

目的探讨360度评估在广东省人民医院住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用价值,发掘住院医师和带教老师在培训中存在的问题,为进一步提升住培质量提供保障。方法采用360度评估对住院医师、带教老师开展评估,主要包括带教老师、护士长对住院医师的评价以及住院医师对带教老师的评价,收集分析2019年8月—2020年3月使用360度评估的5432份在线问卷,并进行统计分析。结果①临床专业住院医师在临床技能、人际沟通、教学能力等方面优于医技专业住院医师,两者对带教老师总体评价满意,但在教学规范化方面稍有不足。②高年级住院医师在临床能力方面好于低年级住院医师,但在职业素养、同理心方面逊于低年级住院医师。③本院住院医师、外单位委培住院医师、面向社会招收住院医师、临床专硕研究生的临床技能、职业素养、综合评价的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论360度评估是进行科学化、精细化提升住培质量的利器,对推动我国的住培事业有重要意义。

ObjectiveTo explore the applicability of 360-degree evaluation in the standardized residency training in Guangdong General Hospital,to discover the problems with the training of residents and guidance teachers,and to contribute to improving the quality of standardized residency training.MethodsThe 360-degree evaluation approach was used to assess the residents and guidance teachers,involving the evaluation of resident doctors by the teacher and the head nurse,and the evaluation of the guidance teachers by resident doctors.5432 online questionnaires based on 360-degree evaluation collected between August 2019 and March 2020 were analyzed.Results(1)Clinical residents were better than medical residents in terms of clinical skills,interpersonal communication,and teaching ability,and both were satisfied with the teaching faculty whose work,however,was considered somewhat sub-standard.(2)Senior residents were better than junior residents in terms of clinical competence,but inferior to junior residents in terms of professionalism and empathy.(3)There was statistically significant difference in clinical skills,professional quality and comprehensive evaluation between internal training students,commissioned students,external training students and graduate students(P<0.05).ConclusionThe 360-degree evaluation is a powerful tool for scientific and refined quality control of standardized residency training,which is critical to improving and guaranteeing the quality of standardized residency training.
