全科住院医师规范化培训基地线上教学的探索与思考

Online education of standardized training for general residents

随着医学教育信息化的发展,线上教育不断深度融合到医学日常教学之中,而此次新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情更是影响了医学生正常的临床跟诊学习,使医学线上教育得到了空前发展。在现实需求和国家政策鼓励下,线上医学教育迅猛发展,但目前与住院医师规范化培训相关的线上教学研究仍然匮乏。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院全科住院医师规范化培训基地(简称浙一全科住培基地)对住培学员、转岗学员线上教学课程安排及管理展开了相关探索,并在新冠肺炎疫情期间对课程进行了加强。通过对浙一全科住培基地线上教学课程安排的内容、形式、管理等进行介绍,着重阐述了如何针对不同学员展开分级分层的个性化教学,同时对线上教学运行中发现的优势及困境进行总结,对如何突破线上教学困境进行了探讨,以期为住培基地线上教学的展开提供参考。

Along with medical education informatization,online education has become integrated into the daily teaching of medicine.The COVID-19 epidemic has affected the normal clinical study of medical students so that online medical education has become much more popular.Online medical education has developed rapidly stimulated by national policies and actual needs.However,there is still a lack of online education research related to standardized resident training.The standardized training base for general residents of the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University,explored the ways in which online teaching courses were planned for the trainees,and offered better courses during the COVID-19 epidemic.This paper introduces the content,form and management of online courses in the standardized training base,and focuses on personalized teaching for different students.At the same time,the paper summarizes the advantages and difficulties of online education,and offers some solutions in order to provide reference for online medical education.
