全科住院医师规范化培训中临床思维训练体系建立初探

Training of clinical thinking in standardized training of general practice:a preliminary study

当前,医疗体制改革不断深化,落实分级医疗需要培养合格全科医生下沉到基层医疗卫生机构,需要国家住院医师规范化培训基地培训出更多合格的全科医生,以应对人民群众不断增长的健康需求与滞后的卫生服务供给和配置矛盾的挑战。临床思维的训练与建立是全科规范化培训中非常重要的环节,同时也是培训中的难点所在。当前,全科医学规范化培训过程中临床思维培训体系的建立仍然不足,对于全科医学的临床思维训练的培训方式还需要进一步探索和研究。阐述了全科规范化培训中临床思维训练存在的问题,提出了合适的训练模式,通过建立科学有效的临床思维训练体系,实现全科规范化培训人才供给目标,壮大全科医学学科,为健康中国服务。

In recent years,the reform of the health care system has been deepened.The implementation of hierarchical medical care makes it necessary to train qualified general practitioners for grass-roots medical institutions.National standardized residency training bases of general practice need to train more qualified general practitioners to cope with the conflicts between the increasing health need of people and inadequate health service supply and allocation.The training and establishment of clinical thinking are a very important but difficult part of standardized training of general practice.However,the training system of clinical thinking in the standardized training of general practice has not been well established.The training methods of clinical thinking for general practice also call for more exploration and research.This article is intended to identify and find solutions to the problems with clinical thinking training in the standardized training of general practice.By establishing a scientific and effective training system of clinical thinking,we hope that the goal of supplying heath professionals who have received standardized training of general practice can be achieved and the discipline of general practice can be further developed,which can serve healthy China well.
