依托智慧家医工作室的医联体内全科医生岗位胜任力培训模式探讨

Post competency training mode of general practitioners based on intelligent medical studio of family physicians in a medical alliance

培养全科住院医师的岗位胜任力是全科专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)工作的核心内容,既往区域医疗联合体(简称医联体)实践更多关注医疗服务能力的提升和医疗资源整合,在全科住院医师全科思维培训及岗位胜任力提升方面探索不足。以北京天坛医院-丰台区智慧家医工作室为依托,构建医联体内包含全科住院医师的全科医生岗位胜任力培训模式:从临床基地遴选同时接受过全科住培师资培训和全科医学转岗培训的其他专业师资,并从医联体成员单位遴选优秀的全科医生补充进全科住培师资队伍,由相关行政部门和北京天坛医院教育处共同进行教学管理,全科医学科负责组织实施,从全科医生岗位工作中的问题和病例入手,以病例讨论和小讲课的形式,开展线上与线下相结合的全科医生岗位胜任力培训。

Post competency training is very important for standardized residency training.The practice of Regional Medical Association(HMC)used to pay more attention to the enhancement of abilities of medical services and the integration of medical resources,but failed to explore the promotion of training and post competency of general practitioners.Based on Beijing Tiantan Hospital Fengtai Intelligent Medical Studio,this study constructed a post competency training mode for general practitioners.The teaching staff includes not only teachers of other specialties in the clinical base who have received both training in teaching general practice resident training and transfer training of general practice,but excellent general practitioners from the members of the medical alliance who are the important supplement to the teaching staff of general practice resident training.The related administrative departments and the Education Department of Beijing Tiantan Hospital were jointly responsible for the teaching.The Office of General Practice was responsible for the organization and implementation.Focusing on the problems and clinical cases of general practitioners in clinical work,the on-line and in-person competency training for general practitioners was offered in the form of case discussion and small-size lectures.
