基于教学评估及反馈的住院医师规范化培训晨课改进 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨教学评价及反馈在超声科专业住院医师晨课教学改进中的应用,以期对住院医师规范化培训的教学设计及优化提供借鉴和参考。方法对2018年新进入北京协和医院超声科进行规范化培训的16名住院医师,基于住院医师需求设计并开展晨间课程。晨课实施一学年后,教学团队通过调查问卷获取培训对象教学评价及反馈,并以此为基础进行课程改进。结果调查问卷分析显示培训对象对晨课普遍具有较高满意度,对课程中科研教学版块需求显著,对医学人文和医患沟通版块的课程设置满意度较低。教学团队针对反馈结果,结合培训对象的多样化特点,对后续课程设计进行了相应调整。结论晨课教学实施中以培训对象教学评价及反馈作为改进导向,有利于目标明确地实施课程优化,进一步提升后续教学效果。 ObjectiveTo investigate the applicability of evaluation and feedback of teaching in the improvement of morning courses for ultrasound residents in order to spark inspiration for the design and optimization of standardized residency training.MethodsSixteen residents entered the Department of Ultrasound,Peking Union Medical College Hospital,in 2018 for standardized training.The teaching staff in this department designed and offered morning courses based on needs of these residents.One year after the morning course was started,evaluation and feedback about teaching were collected from students through questionnaires that were intended to guide the subsequent improvement of courses.ResultsAnalysis of questionnaires showed that the students were generally quite satisfied with the morning course.They were eager for a larger section on scientific research,but were somewhat disappointed with sections on medical humanities and doctor-patient communication.Based on the feedback and diversity of students,the teaching team re-designed the course accordingly.ConclusionTaking the evaluation and feedback from students as a guide to the improvement of teaching is conducive to the targeted implementation of curriculum optimization,which helps to improve the teaching effect.
