摘要 近年来医学模拟教学在医学教育领域得到了快速发展,已成为临床教学模式改革和发展的热点之一。医学模拟教学的组织实施中,Debriefing环节既是医学模拟教学的重点和难点,更是医学模拟教学的关键和核心。介绍了Debriefing的概念、起源及发展历程,阐述了其现状、理论、价值及意义、内容及方法、实施方式及应用技巧。在内容和方法上,选择最常用的结构化Debriefing—GAS方法,对其执行过程的反应阶段、分析阶段和总结阶段分别进行了详细的说明。最后,提供了临床教学中的胸痛情景课程实例,以期为医学模拟教学的有效实施提供参考,促进Debriefing在医学模拟教学中的应用,从而提高临床教学的质量与水平。 Medical simulation teaching has developed rapidly in the field of medical education in recent years,and has become one of the hot spots of clinical teaching model reform and development.Debriefing is not only critical to medical simulation teaching,but also a difficult step.This paper begins by outlining the concept,origin and development of Debriefing before expounding the status quo,theory,value and significance,content and methods,implementation methods and application skills related to Debriefing.In terms of content and methods,the most commonly used structured Debriefing-GAS method is selected,and the gathering phase,analyzing phase and summarizing phase of its execution process are described in detail.Finally,the example of the chest pain scenario course in clinical teaching is given in order to provide reference for better implementation of medical simulation teaching,promote the application of Debriefing in medical simulation teaching and improve the quality and level of medical simulation teaching.
