模拟考核体系在检验医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

检验医师规范化培训的目的是培养具有综合检验分析能力的优秀医学检验人才。为了提高在培住院医师的综合检验分析能力,中国医学科学院肿瘤医院检验医学科国家住院医师规范化培训专业基地建立了模拟考核体系,以考核为导向加强检验住院医师的培训。经过数年的积累,成效显著,住院医师阶段考核成绩提升明显,综合能力大幅提升。模拟考核体系的建立对检验住院医师规范化培训具有积极、显著的影响,为成为一名优秀的检验医师奠定扎实的基础。对模拟考核体系的建立、实施、持续完善与评估等方面进行阐述。

The aim of the standardized training for laboratory physicians is to cultivate excellent laboratorians with comprehensive analysis ability.In order to improve the comprehensive examination and analysis ability of the trainees,a simulated examination system was set up to strengthen the training for laboratory physicians.After several years of accumulation,the effect is remarkable.The students’performance in stage assessment has been improved markedly,and their comprehensive ability has been greatly improved.Therefore,the establishment of the simulated examination system has a positive and significant impact on the standardized training,and lays foundations for residents to become excellent laboratory physicians.This paper describes the application of simulated examination system from the aspects of establishment,implementation,continuous improvement and evaluation.
