新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间住院医师规范化培训管理举措的探索与实践

Standardized resident training during the COVID-19 epidemic

在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响下,住院医师规范化培训管理和培训工作面临巨大的挑战。河南省人民医院毕业后教育科在践行国家住院医师规范化培训大纲的基础上,在国家及各上级部门对疫情防控要求的前提下,利用远程教学、线上培训和网络学院等多种信息化手段,对疫情期间住培管理方式及教学培训模式方面进行了新的探索,为推动住培管理模式的可持续发展开辟了新路径,创新了模式。

The standardized training of resident doctors and teaching are facing huge challenges because of the COVID-19 epidemic.By means of distance teaching,online training and the network college,the Department of Post Graduate Education of Henan Provincial People’s hospital explored the modes of management,teaching and training of residents during the epidemic in line with the national residential training program and the requirements of the state and departments for epidemic prevention and control at higher levels.As a result,a new path was opened up and a new thinking pattern was created for promoting the sustainable development of residential training.
