大数据时代为思想政治教育与现代信息技术的融合提供了教育内容、教育形式和话语传播载体上创新的可能性。思想政治教育协同效应的实现要适应当代大学生的新变化,借助大数据的新特点和新规律,找准协同效应的路径。应坚持定性与定量相结合、个性化展示与整体性媒体融合相结合、价值导向与全方位资源共享相结合、系统化的协同机制与多主体协商交流相结合的原则。大数据时代,要做好思想政治教育全过程育人的顶层设计,形成由高职院校党委统一领导、教育主体部门内外协作、构建有效的协同管理机制、形成以社会主义核心价值观为价值取向及基于契约信任的实践路径,实现思想政治教育可持续的长效协同,最终达到立德树人的目的。

In the era of big data,the integration of ideological and political education and modern information technology provides the possibility of innovation in education content,education form and discourse communication carrier.The realization of the synergistic effect of ideological and political education should adapt to the new changes of contemporary college students,and find the correct path of synergistic effect with the help of the new characteristics and new rules of big data.We should adhere to the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative,personalized display and integrated media integration,value orientation and all-round resource sharing,systematic coordination mechanism and multi-body negotiation and exchange.In the big data era,ideological and political education should be the top design,the whole process of the active form by the department of education,the main body of the unified leadership of the party committee in higher vocational colleges,both inside and outside collaboration,build effective collaborative management behavior,and form the value orientation of socialist core values,and are based on the practice of contract trust path,form the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges sustainable long-term synergy,finally achieve the goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.
