摘要
在理实一体课程改革的过程中,注重课程内容与实际岗位职能相融合,聚焦学生实践技能的培养。通过个人实训与团队协作相结合,给予学生自主选择项目等级的权利,满足不同能力学生的实践需求。采用过程性考核,企业、教师、学生多方主体参与评价,并结合不同岗位实际要求制订评价标准,提升评价的客观性、全面性和实用性。通过对跨境电商课程实训方法的总结,为培养应用型人才提供有益的借鉴。
In the process of cross-border e-business curriculum reform,we focus on the integration of course content and actual working requirement,and the cultivation of students’practical skills.The combination of individual training and team cooperation gives students the right to choose the project level independently that meets the practical needs of students with different abilities.By adopting process assessment,enterprises,teachers and students participate in the evaluation,and the evaluation requires consistent with work standards,the objectivity,comprehensiveness and practicability of the evaluation can be improved.Through the summary of the course training methods,it provides a useful reference for the cultivation of applied talents.
