The extensive application of modern information technology has an all-round impact on the society,and the library,as the information center in the traditional sense,must bear the brunt.In order to adapt to the development of the times and improve the service efficiency,the library must make significant changes or adjustments in the form of collection and service content and mode.In order to meet the opportunities and challenges brought by information technology and promote the continuous progress of China’s library cause,staffs need to strengthen learning and improve constantly their own quality.
