中小学后进生的成因分析及转化

摘要 后进生一直是中小学教育教学中的一个比较敏感的话题,后进生的形成的原因多种多样,不同的成因解决的方式也不一样,其中主要原因可分为学生个人行为习惯、家庭关系、学校教育方式。在转化后进生的过程中,教师在面对他们时要具体情况具体分析,采取不同的教育方式,针对性的教学才能使效果立竿见影。不仅如此,家庭和社会也是转化后进生的重要因素。后进生问题需要家庭和学校双方通力合作才能改变后进生的现状。 The underachievers have always been a sensitive topic relatively in the education and teaching of primary and middle schools.There are many reasons for the formation of underachievers,and the solutions to different causes are different.The main reasons can be divided into pupils’personal behavior and family habits.Relationships,school education methods.In the process of transforming underachievers,teachers need to analyze specific situations when facing them,adopt different education methods,and targeted teaching can make the effect immediate.Not only that,but family and society are also important factors in transforming underachievers.The problem of underachievers requires the cooperation of both the family and the school to change the status quo of underachievers.
