互联网高速发展,深刻影响着人们的生活方式和思维方式,大学生通过网络进行意见表达已日渐成为一种趋势和潮流。但由于网络世界的虚拟性、匿名性,以及大学生生理心理等方面的局限,大学生网络意见表达存在主观性与片面性、情绪化、狭隘个人主义倾向以及低俗化的问题,基于此,从正确意见表达观念的树立、社会热点焦点问题的分析引导、社会主义核心价值观的引导以及思想道德素质的提升等方面着手,引导大学生正确合理地进行网络意见表达,以增强高校思想政治教育的实效性。

The rapid development of the Internet has affected profoundly to the people’s lifestyles and ways of thinking,and it is becoming a trend for college students to express their opinions through the Internet.However,due to the limitations of the virtuality and anonymity of the online world,as well as the physical and psychological aspects of college students,there are some problems with the online expression of college students,such as subjectivity and one-sidedness,emotion,narrow individualism and vulgarity.In order to guide college students to express correctly and reasonably their opinions online,and to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it should be established correctly expression concepts,analyze and guide social focus issues,guide with socialist core values,and improve ideological and moral quality.
