课程建设是人才培养的基石。《潮流饮品》课程的建设要结合社会需求、以生为本,通过加强师资队伍建设、优化教学内容、建设校内、外教学基地、变革教学方式与教学手段、完善课程信息资源、教学质量反馈等手段,才能保证课程建设成果持续发展,建设优质的课程。
Curriculum construction is the cornerstone of talent cultivating.The construction of〈Trendy Drinks〉course should be combined with social needs and student-centered.Only by strengthening the construction of teaching staffs,optimizing teaching content,building teaching bases inside and outside of the school,changing teaching methods and means,improving curriculum information resources and teaching quality feedback,it can ensure the sustainable development of curriculum construction and build high-quality courses.
