摘要 随着电子政务的快速普及与发展,政务机关系统内协同办公需求不断增加,办公管理系统运行的高效性和可靠性日益受到人们的重视。采用自顶向下的结构化开发方法,基于B/S架构开展协同办公平台的设计与实现。平台包括公文管理、财务管理、人事管理、个人管理、综合管理、系统管理等六个功能模块,可实现部门之间互联互通、协同办公等综合功能,完全满足多用户、高效率协同工作需求。 With the rapid popularization and development of e-government,the demand for collaborative office work within government organ systems is increasing.The efficiency and reliability of office management system operation are valued increasingly by the people.Using top-down structured development method,the collaborative office platform is designed and implemented based on B/S structure.The platform includes six functional modules,including document management,financial management,personnel management,personal management,comprehensive management,system management,etc.It can achieve the comprehensive functions of interconnection between departments,collaborative office work,and fully meet the needs of multi-user,high-efficiency collaborative work.
