In the era of big data, Internet technology has a profound impact on all fields. As a part of the society,higher vocational colleges are bound to comply with the development needs of the times and apply widely to the digitalized technology in order to improve effectively the level of archive management. Therefore, this paper starts from the significance of digitalized management of archives, analyzes the problems of digitalized management of archives and discusses the approach to innovate digitalized management of archives under the background of big data.
