摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展和现代企业制度的更新,企业人力资源成为企业长远发展的关键环节,而在人力资源管理中,薪酬管理又起着重要的激励和导向作用,是人力资源管理环节的核心部分。一套科学、完善的薪酬系统对企业薪酬管理水平的提升有重要作用,ERP系统具有高效、智能的特点,在薪酬管理中的应用对有效解决企业传统人力资源管理方式中存在的问题具有重要意义。本文分析当前企业薪酬管理的现状,设计ERP薪酬管理系统,实现薪酬管理的信息化,为提升和改善企业薪酬管理水平提供参考。
With the rapid development of social economy and the renewal of modern enterprise systems,corporate human resources have become a key link in the long-term development of enterprises. In human resource management,salary management plays an important role in motivating and guiding human resources. The core part of the link. This article analyzes the current status of corporate salary management, designs the ERP salary management system,realizes the informatization of salary management, and provides a reference for improving the level of enterprise salary management.
