随着社会的发展,经济的提高,社会对人才的质量要求越来越高。如果中职学校培养人才依旧使用传统的培养方法就会使得人才的培养缺乏针对性和实用性,不能满足用人单位的需求。因此,中职学校有必要进行教学改革,重新建立教学标准,不仅要满足学生的学习需要,还要使学生成长为社会市场需要的人才。

With the development of society and the improvement of economy, the quality of talents is more and more demanding. If the traditional cultivating methods are still used in secondary vocational schools, the cultivating of talents will lack of pertinence and practicability, and can not meet the needs of employers. Therefore, it is necessary for secondary vocational schools to carry out teaching reform and re-establish the teaching standards, not only to meet the students’ learning needs, but also to make students growth into talents needed in the social market.
