摘要 双师型教师是高校教师队伍建设的重点,加强双师型教师队伍建设是适应高校以就业为导向,突出实践技能的教学需求,对提高高校教学质量具有重要意义。针对当前高校双师型师资短缺这一实际情况,在教育部高教司指导下,深化校企合作,探索产学合作背景下双师型师资培训培养的途径,并进行实践。将教学研究与师资培训融为一体,促进双师型教师队伍建设。 Dual-qualified teachers are the focus of the construction of college teachers.Strengthening the construction of dual-qualified teachers is to adapt to the employment-oriented teaching needs of colleges and universities,highlighting practical skills,and is of great significance to improving the quality of college teaching.In view of the current shortage of dual-qualified teachers in colleges and universities,under the guidance of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,explore and practice ways of training and training dual-qualified teachers under the background of industry-university cooperation.Integrate teaching research and teacher training to promote the construction of a team of dual-qualified teachers.
